Clinic Mastery Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the marketing arm of Clinic Mastery, an Australian community of healthcare clinic owners. We provide Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website services to allied health, medical, and dental clinics.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our services, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We collect information you give us directly when you submit our application form, email us, book a call, or work with us as a client. That includes:

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your data and we're not legally required to retain it, we will.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. That includes access controls, encrypted connections, and using reputable platforms. No system is perfect, but we treat your data the way we'd want our own clinic data treated.
